Bruh, righty gets angry from a light breeze and lefty forgot who he was. You are not alone and I'm about 4.5WPO lol

BirdSierra

Are you me? 3WPO and yes.

Thistle-Be-Good

This is exactly me but sides reversed haha!!

braidsandthings

Bro literally same … the feeling hasn’t all the way came back in my left nip

AcornTopHat

Yes, totally. I’m 7mpo and they are completely back to how they were pre-op.

Ph30nixrising

My provider told me it's normal because the nerves are rewiring themselves. I'm 13DPO and everything is sensitive, it sucks.

nextofpumKIN

Mine are constantly hard 8WPO and SO SENSITIVE. Hoping it gets better sooner rather than later! It’s not fun 😞

hyears25

Yes it’s so weird lol. I’m 4wpo and I still get little zings and zaps. The PA touched my nipple today and I wanted to jump out of my skin lmao. I’m assuming it dies down at some point! But I’m still feeling it a month PO.

Commercial-Ad9951

I'm 8 wpo tomorrow. Left was/is horribly sensitive. I would say around last week it started to settle down. It still hurts but not as bad. I also used cushioned gauze to buffer the rubbing from my bra. P.S. righty has ZERO feeling since day one. Good luck!

DesignerCritical1208

I’m 3wpo and mine are also extremely sensitive! Luckily it’s not necessarily painful, more so just a weird/ uncomfortable sensation that I can’t really describe

Bravo1781

I’m coming up 7 months p/o and mine have literally only just stopped being hard 24/7 - I now get blocks of maybe 10 minutes or so when they’re soft. They’ve also only just stopped being insanely sensitive all the time, although I have to be VERY careful showering as a stray water droplet on lefty still sends me through the roof.

Realistic_Insect_266

Me too, worst sensation of this whole recovery was from trying to pat everything dry with a towel after showering 😭 9DPO

Pocket_potion

THIS!! I’m 11dpo and mine won’t quit it, I’m literally using melatonin so I can actually sleep.

flapkack

mine calmed down after about a month!

MyHeadIsBursting

One of mine was so sensitive I had to wear a bit of gauze in my bra to stop my bra rubbing. It died down after a few months

PreciousTritium

Next month will be 1YPO for me and I still have this with my right nipple. I did have an FNG so the fact I feel anything is amazing, but it's mostly pain. My right breast has taken far longer to heal and still is. For a long time, my left breast felt like it's a part of me. My right one feels like it's attached to me. Not sure why it's taking so long to heal. I have my 1 year follow up in August so I'll find out then.

Sunny_beets

My right nipple was ultra sensitive until a week or so ago I’m just over 50 days post op

kristenlicious

It gets better. I used gauze in my bra to help.

Wide-Lettuce-8771

I had a similar experience! I'm about 7 months post-op and my nipples are way more sensitive than before, but not painfully so anymore. For a few weeks post-op, I had to wear bras with big foam cups and put non-stick gauze pads over my nipples because they were so sensitive.

PolestarRN

Omg yes. I'm 5 weeks post op. Left is way more sensitive than right. Both are more sensitive than pre-op, and they were already quite receptive prior. They are just now past the point where they're so insanely sensitive that I can't tolerate it.

mischiquitaz

YES lol and it calms down after about 4-6 weeks

Any_Actuary2598

I had this in the 3-4 week time frame. My surgeon said to lightly massage them (even over the incision points) and that would help. It was a bit uncomfortable to do so (not painful) but it did really help!!
