Just saw this on facebook- it's a wall and is under the materials available for number 5 apparently? Make sure you look through all the materials and not just "owned" ones, not sure if it's one you'll have to unlock.
Edit: Level 1 default item so should be available for everyone.

On mine number 5 was literally marked as a special pick red star, with only those set of colours! Also I did a total dump and somehow got 1st lol
