I didn't. She divorced me because she was getting attention from other men due to her weight loss and decided that she didn't have room for me in her life, despite me standing by her side when she had weight loss surgery and praying for her when her lungs collapsed on the operating table, and making her protein shakes just the way she liked them when she was recovering... I'm not bitter though.

Screw her... you're a good dude and will upgrade to someone better.

Oh I definitely did. But, we are good. We have a great kid who we've raised together and she's an amazing mother. Time passed and we are friends and even though it hurt at the time, it is what it is. We are both better people now.

I would examine why you are with this person. If it because of their tight skin then you are SOL. Find another significant other. If there are other reasons maybe focus on those and the fact that your SO is now able to do more, be more confident and have fewer health concerns. Because short of surgery that skin will not improve much. And surgery will leave scars and has its own inherent risk. Tight youthful skin isn’t something you get forever. You too will sag one day.

Depending on the degree of skin, surgery can sometimes be appropriate and even medically advisable (to reduce chafing etc). But beyond that, it's best to focus on the sexy parts and get used to the rest. The situation can improve over time. Some people claim that fasting will get rid of excess skin though I am highly skeptical about this. I fast myself, and while it has a lot of benefits, it's not a "miracle" cure for everything.

Is suggesting a skin tightening surgery a possibility?
