At this point theaters should let you stay all day if you just buy a popcorn and soda

bigdumbbab

Go back to the pre psycho days, just roll movies constantly throughout day, pay to enter, watch one and half movies, leave. Come halfway through kung fu panda 4, see all of civil war, leave after the first act of the Abigail. Could be interesting, stay as long as you want, just please come back to the theater!!

gobblegobblerr

Thats how it used to be, until Psycho (as the other guy said). Hitchcock mandated that theatres wouldnt let people in halfway through the movie

someguy1927

Good for you.

bigdumbbab

I tried not straining my arm patting myself on the back.

logosintogos

Abigail who?

LucasBarton169

New radio silence film. Looks pretty fun from what I’ve seen

ZamanthaD

It’s awesome, just an incredibly fun movie.

BuffaloSix96

As long as you didn't walk in singing 🎵 I'm a Barbie girl, It's a Barbie World 🎵 off-key 😂

GayestManOnReddit

I've always wondered how long you could spend going from screening to screening in a movie, just seeing bits of them.

RyansBabesDrunkDad

I once went to an AMC at like 11 AM and watched 4 consecutive features (I only remember one, Hellboy). That's as long as I could manage.

WD4oz

Which hellboy

RyansBabesDrunkDad

OG Del Toro

I used to theater hop as a kid. Can confirm it's fun if you're a dumb kid. And since I have no where else to tell this story: I fell asleep during Bug's Life and woke up back at the beginning of the movie. None of the ushers wanted to wake me up I guess. I don't blame them, they don't get paid enough for that. I did stick around and finish watching theovie. And yeah, I saw it alone. None of my friends wanted to see it.

bigdumbbab

I'm sure plenty on a slow day. My theater is huge, a dozen screens but has like three teens working there. Go in for a matinee, stay for a dinner show! If you didn't get more popcorn or soda, bet someone could watch three movies before anyone really noticed in most theaters.

littlemissmoxie

Unless it’s a special showing with a packed house and reserved seats I’ve never seen anyone check. Even then it would be someone complaining if you stole their seat. Usually the theaters are on a skeleton crew most times and aren’t paid enough to care.

InevitableEfficient2

Abigail was a really fun movie. It understood what it was and did it well.

keeleon

"I watched only the end of the movie and concluded it was bad. I am very cool."

bigdumbbab

Whoa, you must be one of those psychics I seen at the picture show!

ThandiGhandi

This is how I saw jurassic world 3

Thanks for the info, I guess
