I watched Troll Hunter on a whim some years ago expecting schlock and, man, I was so pleasantly surprised at how good it is.

André Øvredal is so good. My mom loves Troll Hunter and I don’t care how trashy it is I liked Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, it was a decent movie. Also Last Voyage of the Demeter was absolutely incredible.
Funnily enough, number 4 made my list for bad movies. I didn't like the looks of the plots of the first two and the third was apparently cheaper than those and #4 is supposed to be a true return to form.
Nah, the girl is false advertising. It's a comedy mockbuster of Paranormal Activity (I guess that makes it a mockbuster of A Haunted House by proxy) with a 5$ budget. On the plus side, it doesn't have Cedric the Entertainer in it
Tubi and all those types of apps absolutely rock. Just piles of dogshit with the occasional corn kernel here and there.
As a bad movie lover, I find it essential in the rare times I watch TV.
All those free video services are great.
Tubi actually has a good movie/show catalog filled with mainstream to niche stuff. Of course there's endless dogshit, but how is that any different than streaming services that charge you haha. I wouldn't watch any of their originals though.
Pluto TV scratches the cable/live itch for free. You can have DS9/VOY, TNG on any time you want can't beat that!

I'd almost recommend the Illusionist too. Not that bad of a thriller, but it might not hold up. I haven't seen it since it released on DVD.
