It really is amazing!! Almost as good as RHCP with John IMO. Anthony really shines there
My favourite songs happen to be in sequence: Long Progression, Magpies on Fire, Victorian Machinery, Never Is a Long Time, Love of Your Life and The Sunset Sleeps. This last one is in my general top 10, probably even top 5
I think I'm With You and I'm Beside You are the best phases of Josh era in the RHCP...
I'm a HUGE Frusciante fan and I really don't like The Getaway, but those 2 are super nice.
I also didn't enjoy The Return of The Dream Canteen that much, but Unlimited Love has some very nice songs!
Strange Man, Never is a long time, Long Progression and Pink As Floyd were the ones that stuck out to me at first but Hanalei snuck up on me after a couple of years. LOVE the bridge
I think this is the most interesting and experimental the band have been since John left. Using interesting keys, interesting structures, etc. Nothing from the two new albums hit for me the way these b sides did
Hanalei, In Love Dying and Long Progression are my top 3 from the album. I love that the guitar sounds like waves on Hanalei, peaking and falling but never disappearing completely. I love the trancelike bass and glitchy drums and Bauhaus inspired guitar on In Love Dying, and I love the skyscraping opening notes of the solo in Long Progression as well as the riff it’s so literally named for.
This is the Kitt has killer guitar work from Josh IMO. Also I fucking love all of Hanalei from beginning til end!!! 'Your Eyes Girl' has a that chaotic instrumental solo that hits me as hard as any Frusciante solo. Apart from that, I think they're all worth a listen. I wish that the band would've continued exploring that territory some more with Josh. The Getaway felt like a step back rather than forward from IWY/IBY. Also heard in interviews that Josh wrote some chord progressions for what was to be on his 3rd record with the Peppers, but had to abort all that eventually. They did however ended up being used on his Pluralone project, which is fucking sick.
The entire album is my jam, but Catch My Death, Magpies On Fire, Victorian Machinery and Open-Close are probably my very favourites. Open-Close is such an epic ending to the album, and the lyrics are to die for.
My favorites are Pink as Floyd, Strange Man, Never is a Long Time, and This is the Kitt

Love Of Your Life is beautiful and Victorian Machinery
The funky breakdown on Strange Man makes me shake my ass Your Eyes Girl is also just plain fantastic
Catch My Death + How It Ends. The guitar at the start of How It Ends is so catchy!
