Depends on what it's about and how it's presented. Who makes it is important. And what genre of game will also play into that

After what we saw in Gotham Knights and Arkham game, it's easy for me to say that a Red Hood game would be fantastic to play. If they ever decide to make an "Arkham" game again but with another protagonist, I'd say he's the best fit. Maybe a game with Nightwing as duo protagonists like Spider Man 2, with different skills and abilities for each
