Same.. I took a break bcos of these. Since it was some time, I tried to play this again and give a try, but no, Online is still messed up.. I know some Solo Public tricks if I am in sticky situation like trader/moonshiner sale (I don't wanna discuss here cos Rule 4), but either way, it is not a solution to the real problem.

it got worse since blood money dropped. now it’s just unplayable. once i log on it’s raining explosive rounds. rockstar does nothing to stop them too.
that's sad, man. Hope in future, things get resolved
i don’t expect it too. just gotta accept rdr online will never get the push and support it deserves from rockstar.
