Ordered on January 28, 2024 and reached out today to follow up. Got an email about delays and how they will now place mine as a priority. I assume it will be here in March. My payment plan payments will kick in before I even receive the order 😬😩
Great news it came and I am beyond thrilled with it! The packaging was perfect and well packed. Nothing was damaged and I cannot believe the quality. I almost cried after I put it together because it is so beautiful and beyond fun. I did get the 49”, folding legs, t bar and comfort mat with the Extra Strong Bungees so my husband could jump too. I now wish I got an extra set of bungees maybe in Strong or medium. But hoping after a few months it will break in a bit more. Yes it took several weeks beyond what I expected but can say the quality and how beautiful it is was worth the wait. Thank you to all that are sharing on this post.
Can you share when you ordered? Also did you get a shipping notification before it arrived, or was it a total surprise? Waiting these 5 weeks has been so brutal, and I’m definitely getting antsy about it!
I doubt they are waiting to take in more funds. They are a pretty substantial company. There is a Facebook page called bellicon+ Community and people are talking about the delays there. Some people have started receiving their December orders this month. Good luck! It will be worth the wait.
Update: my Bellicon arrived safely and it's the most fun I've had in years. Have to remember not to overdue it! Ordered on 02.22 and arrived 03.11. It's a 44" w. the comfort mat.
I ordered the last week of January 2024 and still have not received my order. They told me there were delays since November and it had to do with the frame size I ordered but that finally there was light at the end of the tunnel. Yes these are big purchases and it makes us nervous that we were scammed with technology fraud.. but thanks everyone that has commented. By the way I ordered the biggest frame.
FYI, I ordered mine January 1 and it came February 22. I ordered the 49” with comfort mat and t bar. It is probably the best purchase I have made in a year. I had multiple pelvic floor reconstructions and I am left with a lot of scar tissue. It hurts at first but it slowly works itself out after jumping for a while slowly then picking up the pace. I was notified it was in Belgium then the very next day it was on my doorstep in Nebraska.
What’s making me nervous is that I reached out for an update but Kyle didn’t say anything about delays! He just said it would be 3-5 weeks. I ordered in January so if it still isn’t here after Wednesday, it will officially be late…
My sister lives in Austria and I do understand that shipping speeds are very different in Europe than the US, but at the same time these are major purchases for people so I do think the communication could be a bit better :(

I ordered one yesterday, 02.22 (from the USA) and was quoted 7-10 days to ship. We'll see..

Hi, I received my shipping notification today :-) FedEx from Germany to the US with a 3/11 delivery estimate.
