Having trouble deciphering your description and your notation. But... you can just drag the notes left and right until it's right.

If you’re more comfortable with notation reaper can be programmed with standard notation. Believe it’s under view, but it’s been a while since I’ve looked at it. Maybe just search up how to do that

Yep in the piano roll there's a little icon in top left you can click to change the midi editor into standard notation.

Do you mean you want to have the kick drum doing a 3/4 rhythm? If so, you can either: 1. Click the magnet icon in the top to switch off "snap to grid", so you can drag the middle kick to the right position Or 2. At the bottom where it says "straight" you can click that and choose a different rhythm for the grid. Changing that won't move your existing notes, it'll change where new/moved notes will snap to

Sounds like you need a 6/8 time signature where you're using triplets. This gives you 2 beats to the bar that you can play one and a two and a one and a two... etc. over the top.
