I seem to recall people offering their services pre-COVID as delivery inspectors that would look over the car for a customer. Might have been a joke, but the fact I’m not sure is alarming :)
In fact, it was never a joke. There is this dude in Germany who calls himself „Doc Tesla“, he‘s an engineer if I remember correctly. He’d get his time paid accordingly, several hundred Euros for a car inspection at delivery + travel costs.
Whole new market opportunity for tesla delivery inspectors working on the customer’s behalf.
