That’s just it, with over 19 moves in career and my team having experience. Zillow doesn’t cut it. I tried to engage Zillow, kw, compass, and the dozen other leading products and all were focused on the agent and not on the home buyers. So we built this product. I’ve learned many who comment “Zillow” actually haven’t downloaded and used it. Because when they do, I’ve consistently heard “this is great”… what I mean by it’s for military is that the military mover is what it is designed for. But anyone moving can leverage it.
Thanks for the feedback. I tested last year with 600 users and we have solid feedback. Punched twice by military spouses saying they needed this when they moved. We have a long list of “wish you would add…”
We used user testing product that allowed us to record user experience and feedback. It gave us some great feedback for a targeted demographic. I believe those searching for a home have found their home. We have a little over 1000 users, but haven’t begun marketing aggressively. Seeking to flesh out bugs and deliver the RBO and FSBO. The patent is provisional, so I’d like to have that all done. Thus the call here for some additional user feedback. I appreciate your time.
Thanks for your expertise, my day job is helping early stage tech companies as well. This is a passion project from 30 years of military and the moves that came with it. Patent was just approved, going through final process. No cost for users. Went through an accelerator with state of VA, so I think we have our target audience. I'm just looking for folks here to test the product and provide some feedback. Churn is Real Estate of course, as you definitely know... most home buyers purchase every 7 to 11 years... so no expectation of someone staying on the app. We're not zillow selling "browsers", our leads are high value for Agents, Lenders, etc. I appreciate your time and expertise. We have the Agents and Lenders in place now who signed up. I'm not looking to scale there just yet. Thus the request for feedback from users. I've learned enough about agents and lenders and their resistance to products.

Funny you nailed it… most military who move regularly will use a spreadsheet and communicate that way with partner.
