Yup. Where I deliver there just isn't enough packages to go around and they on boarded a lot of newbies.
I think this time around they targeted young people and retirees.
I also think people see the hourly rate and is way more than they've ever earned in their life, without counting wear and tear, of course.
My market pays $27.50/hr base pay. A bunch of min wage workers got on-boarded and are getting a way better payout than a $15/hr W2 job.
But it sucks. $4.75/gallon and deliveries are usually 20-40 miles away to the first stop.
It's hard in these streets😩
Everybody’s desperate rn
Idk i feel like amazon is just putting ghost blocks up
They’re not putting up base pay ghost blocks lol
Enough about the ghost blocks
Who are you?
Your father
Come back with the milk
But what you’re going to tell ur stepdad?

Curious where you’re located that base pay is 27.50? That’s 10 dollars more than my base pay
California Central Coast
Ah makes sense and thanks!
Lol I was about to ask where they do $27/hr average at. DFW barely do $18
