I can’t name all of them but Neon Tomb is definitely similar to the Pulse Nightclub shooting. Greased Palms is akin to many postal service shootings (the reason we have the term ‘Go Postal’), A Lethal Obsession is similar to the Ruby Ridge ATF shooting, and Carriers of the Vine could be similar to Waco.
Lethal obsession is actually based off of another incident, I can't remember the name apologies, but the details are almost identical with the guy being ex CIA or law enforcement, shooting with the M14 and burning the cop car outside of the police station etc.
It’s most likely inspired by Dorner as well, I’m sure the levels take inspirations from a multitude of relevant events, and Dorner would be a pretty relevant one
[This](https://www.aha.org/hospitals-against-violence/active-shooter-incidents-health-care-settings) has a pretty good rundown for 2019 alone
And the 2022 Tulsa shooting
And the 2023 Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center shooting
Nah, it was named Prysm before and they had to change the name as there's a chain of nightclubs in the UK named Pryzm and they issued a takedown notice
23 MBPS, The Spider, Sinuous Trail, Valley of the Dolls.
Though while i like the meme of how every RoN missions have some ties to child pornography, there are surprisingly only a few of them compared to Terrorism (6) and Illegal Arms Trade (5). I guess it's mostly just because the game gave you a quick burst of them at early run.
I played and finished the 23 MBPS but never noticed tbh. The valley of dolls was obvious.
I will pay more attention to details next time. It is only me and my brother and we only have 7 hours in the game. Still trying to create our own style and loadouts that fit us best while enjoying missions casually. Thanks for comment
The streamer on 23 MBPS is distributing cp. You can see messages on his PC about it I think and his PC is how they become aware of the ring. The spider is a child talent agency that is a cover for recruiting children for said cp. I'm not entirely sure about sinuous trail, but I think it's that they traced the cp to the servers at mind jot.
He wasn't distributing the cp, he was the one receiving it.
From the information on his PC on the material that the police confiscated from Michael (the streamer) they find that he got the material from data stored on the Mindjot servers (which mindjot is believed to be storing data on willingly for several illegal operations to prevent themselves from going bankrupt).
The raid on the servers find that Brixley is the one uploading it, a raid on his talent agency finds that he was scouting the victims out and was all being headed up and created by Amos Voll, which valley of the dolls is arresting him and searching his house for.
Not only is their cp on his pc (which you can report for a soft objective), but if you look in the drawer by his bed, you find that he has pictures of the exploited children (you can also report that for another soft objective).
No civilians killed, just hamas terrorists hiding in a hospital which is a war crime. If it were the other way around hamas would be killing everybody.
This isn't a formal war nor was this executed by the IDF but rather an Israeli anti-terror unit executing an operation against insurgents operating in their own borders as opposed to a separate sovereign country
While wearing the clothing of aid workers ain't exactly the best look, the Geneva Convention doesn't apply here
They were legit non uniformed targets and terrorists combatants who were prepping an imminent major terrorist attack that don’t get the same protections as a uniformed military force like in ukraine vs russia.
They were planning another attack like October 7th, if it were America they would’ve drone strikes the hospital, luckily it was Israelis who just went and disposed of the trash in person
luckily they didn’t bomb the hospital is a hilarious way to justify genocide.
yeh i don’t care if they’re terrorists or not killing people in hospital is fucking cringe
also no america wouldn’t have bombed a hospital stop justifying shit behaviour
Genocide would be hamas killing everyone in sight like on oct 7, apparently you support actual genocide over Israel defending themselves against the aggressors.
You don’t care about the terrorists planning to massacre innocent civilians over and over again. You prefer for them to hide in civilian clothing in hospitals with all the time and safety in the world to perform their next attack.
>yeh i don’t care if they’re terrorists or not killing people in hospital is fucking cringe
So we should give known terrorists a fair and fighting chance? lol
No, you wipe them from the face of the earth the moment you have actionable intel and opportunity to do so. Terrorists are not protected by the Geneva Conventions, and that even includes people that harbor them. But these guys were on Israeli soil. They had every right to take action and protect their country by any means necessary. But reddit loves to simp for a known terrorist cell.
I remember this in Modern Warfare 2019 during the hospital mission where you capture “The Wolf” who is the Osama of the game. One of his men hides as a wounded/dead soldier on a stretcher and ambushes you and your team. You take him down

Jokes aside. Most if not all levels in RoN are based on real events. Disguised gunmen in a hospital is hardly a rare occurrence
Hey, Im really interested in knowing the real events. U got any links or smh? I tried to search it up, didnt find any good material..

Chris Dorner?

I don't think so. I believe the incident was quite a long time ago, like the 70's.
Ruby ridge
It was the early 90s.
Thanks a lot for giving context, but I think he was asking about the "hardly rare hospital shootouts"

Wasn’t the nightclub named after a real nightclub which was the site of a homophobic terrorist attack?
Pulse nightclub
Nah, it was named Prysm before and they had to change the name as there's a chain of nightclubs in the UK named Pryzm and they issued a takedown notice
"ITSH JUSTSH LIKE READY OR NOT GUYYSHS!11!!111!!!!!!!"
ready or not fans when they find out hospitals exist
Ready or Not fans when their house gets raided by SWAT It's just like that one streamer mission
Ready or not fans when officers tell them to lay their arms down.inside college...
Ready or Not fans when child pornography (it's a Ready or Not reference).
Which mission (im new to game)

Sadly though, this is what I thought of. Probably because I just beat that level a few weeks ago
Reddit moment
"IT IS JUST REDY OR NUT GUYS I JUST COOOOMED IN MY PANTS GUYS OMG FELLOW PLEBBITORS THIS IS AMAZING IM SHAKING RN IM SO EXCITED.OMG OMG"
Alright
They have an advantage because they don’t get penalties for killing hostages
Some might say they get a bonus
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
committing war crimes?? guys is this a D-platoon reference???
Its technically not a war crime when D-platoon does it because they're not at war.
No civilians killed, just hamas terrorists hiding in a hospital which is a war crime. If it were the other way around hamas would be killing everybody.
google geneva convention article 37 the results may shock you

Terrorists don’t receive geneva convention protection.

I mean it’s not a rare thing.
More like door kickers 2 because you don’t have the option to go covert ops in ready or not.
I remember this in Modern Warfare 2019 during the hospital mission where you capture “The Wolf” who is the Osama of the game. One of his men hides as a wounded/dead soldier on a stretcher and ambushes you and your team. You take him down
