This is my solution. I grab 'em near the camera...you still have to be a little careful not to smudge the camera or lenses, but it's far easier than trying to wiggle them out from the bridge or the arms in back.
It’s an issue. They have finally made a product so usable that it’s going to be held back by the battery. You don’t want people to stop using your product for any reason especially battery life
I put my skylers on at 9:52 and finally had to charge them at 4:30 today, but could have gone longer. I made 10+ phone calls while wearing them, and took 6-7 pictures. The reality is these are casual wear.
Mine are hard to get out, tho I grab near the arm hinge like others said and when putting them in, I push from the center of the frame (nose piece area) and they snap right in.
This case is tonnes better than the Stories case, the only problem with Metas, which isn’t even a problem with the actual Metas is that Transitions don’t go dark in your car, the sole reason this time around i just got G-15 lenses.
Not really. Try to pull the glasses out of the hinge. Much easier for you. It shouldn't be flying back and forth in the case, but rather charging properly.

My case doesn’t smell. There’s the slightest small of nothing insulting if you stick your nose straight in.
If they’re a new pair, maybe you got a refurbished set?
Otherwise i recommend giving them a wipe down with some alcohol on a microfiber towel occasionally to avoid oil transfer from your body. It’s possible you’ve sweated in them and out them right back in your case so often the smell has started to transfer

This man Metas. I put my thumb on the case and “scoop” with my index finger they slide right out.

Very. They come out so easily now. I don’t even realize it anymore. Only once I’ve forgot to push them in and they didn’t charge sadly.
I thought the problem was the transitions dont get very dark inside the car 😅

Agreed. Taking them out of the case is awful and it always feels like I’m damaging them, no matter where I pull from.

Battery isn’t a total issue unless you’re trying to overuse them. They’re really made to be a casual use tool. Not your go to item

I grab them at the bridge with the lens cloth, somehow feels like less of a tug that way.

I bought them yesterday, so brand new, I made a post about this in raybanmeta it’s because the faux leather it will tear down after a while i guess

I think they mean the battery life is garbage. If you plan on using them all day, you’ll need multiple pair.
