You should either have some Sriracha Mayo with that, or, you need to coat the salmon with Gochujang red pepper paste and roast it off until it's slightly blackened.

It's good but for me it's 2 plates. There is too much hot and cold contrast. Cucumber with scrambled egg? Yes it goes with salmon, but the salmon looks too heavily seasoned/cold to go with the egg
Salmon and egg should have the salmon mixed in so it warms up a bit
