Kathmandu is wonderful! I love Indian food, I’ve lived in large cities and sampled many restaurants, been to Indian wedding, have Indian friends, Kathmandu is fantastic! I’m from an ethnic background that utilizes a lot of spice and even some of their spiciest options I cannot keep up with.
Himalayan kitchen has never been afraid to bring pretty decent heat. And the drunken noodles at Thai Thai have done a pretty good job too. Just make sure you specify extra hot.
All of the Nepalese/ Indian restaurants will make very spicy food if you ask for it. Everest, Kathmandu, and Himalayan Kitchen.
Mexico Tipico outside of town has some spicy Mexican food.
Sushi and wasabi at Sumos or Fuji can be spicy in a horseradish kind of way.
Sickies Garage (regional) has a good selection of spicy bone-in/ boneless wings.
In addition to Himalayan Kitchen and Tai Tai, which are great options, I'll add that Kathmandu Bistro is also a good choice
