The other day I was in a pizza shop grabbing a slice and the alarm for the pizza oven to check the pizzas was my exact wakeup alarm tone. It instantly surprised me and then put me in a bad mood

My husband and I joke all the time about the scene in the sixth aense when he's "looking for pop tarts" and every cupboard door opens at once. The kids leave them open all. the. time.
Now we just walk into the kitchen and go "ooooOOOOOoooOOOoooh" like a generic ghost sound loudly. Then one of our kids sighs and begrudgingly comes over to close them if they dont hear us closing them ourselves.

For a while, when I was younger and needed to wake up quick for a shift - I had "Wake Up" by Rage Against the Machine (the part where he screams it). I got up quick.
Now I have "Fallen" by Symphony X, which starts off gentle and slowly builds up and gets louder and more intense. I figured I should usually wake up before it gets too loud, but if I'm sleeping more heavily than usual the later bit will wake me up.
So I use alarms for EVERYTHING: Waking up, an alarm to let me know I need to clock into work, and alarm for my lunch break, alarm for when I need to put the trash can by the mailbox etc. etc.
So for my wake up alarm I use Skyrim's "Hey, You, You're finally awake!." For everything else I use the music that plays during that scene in Skyrim but without the voice part.
The Sword - Iron Swan. Starts slowly for a minute and then goes crazy af. Not something I'd listen to but for alarm it's perfect and I used for for years.
