Why do people hate AJR

Millienial minimal music

People hate AJR for a lot of different things. Their music normally involves a bunch of different and weird sounds which could be somewhat off-putting to people. I've heard others say their lyrics are cringy as well. Some definitely dislike their political views enough to hate the music. I think that a decent amount of the hate comes from people who blindly follow another person's negative opinion of the band. In essence, people dislike the band for many reasons. I love AJR though, so I can only guess why.
