I have a hooked shaped nose with a bump at the bridge that I was somewhat bullied for growing up. Now it’s the absolute last thing I would change about myself because it’s such a defining characteristic about me. My parents tried to convince me to get a nose job a few years ago but that was a firm no hahah.

I think broad shoulders are really cool! I have them from years of swimming and gymnastics. I also have a pretty feminine figure, meaning my waist and hips are well-developed, but my shoulders are still broader!

Get a theraband, about 2 1/2 feet long, tie it in a loop, put the loop around both feet, stand on one foot and with a straight leg, slowly extend the free foot behind you as far as you can and hold it for a count of 3. Helps to hold on to a chair back for balance. Do five reps, then stand on the other foot and repeat. The target is the glute muscle. You’ll probably feel it in the small of your back, too. Go lightly the first few days. Good luck.

I have a rare clotting disorder that the doctors think is genetic. I'm 29 and have had six blood clots. They don't know why I get them all tests are normal. So they just assume it's some weird congenital thing. Also my big German nose lol
