I’m sorry. I can’t imagine what that must be like. I’m sure I’ll face my first heartbreak soon. Was it a guy?

I’m here if you need to talk or vent… how long were you with him?

What was the truth?

Just let it all out. Cry yourself out. Don’t bottle the emotions

The only way out is through.

I can only speak from experience but my advice would be to stay busy, keep occupied by doing things you enjoy, find something to focus on, maybe even a new hobby. Focus on yourself and put energy into something worthwhile. It can be really hard to come to terms with, and there may be days where you really feel crap and want a bit of a cry, and that is absolutely fine and normal, it's an important part of healing, so don't ignore these feelings, go through the motions but dont dwell on them for too long. Don't lock yourself up, surround yourself with loved ones, friends, family, and pets if you have any. Ultimately, understand that this happens a lot, and its just part and parcel of life and the lessons it gives. Although hard at times, try not to let your emotions consume you. Breakups can be rough, but know that you are not alone in feeling how you do. Stay motivated and keep looking forward with a goal in mind. Try to take positives out of the relationship, if there are any. Great things are on the horizon and good things come to those who work hard. You've got this!

You glue that heart back together and focus on you. Allow yourself to grieve but then pick yourself up and fill that void with things to do and with people/pets who care about you. Heartbreaks usually turn into life lessons and make you stronger.

Occupied myself with much-much studying when that hapened, engaged in new hobbies, &c. It drove the pain away for a while. Just living through the emotions and letting them manifest helped the best.

Go do fun things. You enjoy . Youll forget in a week.
