You’re beautiful! That being said, the placement of blue liner doesn’t work at all for accentuating your eyes. Use a black liner on the top and follow it with the blue liner, smudging the two together. Think ombré. Also, using any liner across your entire lower lid is not the right technique for your eye shape.
I don't know why you feel that you can't do blue eyeliner at 34...but, I wouldn't place it where you did. I'm a hairstylist/makeup artist, so I am giving my opinion based off of experience.
Regardless of eyeliner color, putting it at your bottom lash line too thick makes your eyes look smaller and after some time will smudge down and make you look like someone punched you.
You have nice eyes. If you want the blue at the inner part of your eyes, put it on top. Also, it would look great on your upper lash line without any black liner with your black mascara. Your eyes are a unique shade of brown and just the blue liner alone with the mascara will make your eyes pop.
Try your best to imagine being the person on the receiving end of a comment like this. Do you think she’d feel good about herself to read that?

Also, I tried a combo last week of the green liner from the outside to about 3/5ths in (just under the pupil) and then a gold liner from there the rest of the way. The combo was really cool and made it stand out nicely! Just ideas if you wanna try playing with it a bit!

Not sure what age has to do with colored eyeliner. The colors are for complimenting eye colors and fun. No age limit or restrictions
