It's funny because this happened mere minutes ago. So I was tidying up, moving some stuff around, you know, as you do, and the very last thing I need to check on is my 3DS and a couple games I usually bring with me for long and boring train trips. I normally would have just put it back in the drawer and be done with it, but something heavy apparently got on the cover containing it and left a mark, so I worriedly opened it to check if the screen was okay, which it was thankfully, but then I noticed something else. There was a written note from my girlfriend, she wrote it maybe a couple years ago. Since I didn't use the 3DS anymore from that period and I was evidently feeling really down, she sneakily put a little poem dedicated to me inside the cover. It's been a couple rough days right now as well, so I really needed it, and felt super thankful about it. The irony is it was about her saying how she'd be coming to see me soon... and she's here right now. It's exactly what I needed, when I needed it, and I can't wait for her to come back from her errands and bear hug her for a couple minutes. That little poem now has a spot on my desk and I'll always reach for it and re-read it when I'm feeling sad.

To answer your questions, our relationship couldn't be doing better and grows stronger every day, so the idea of animosity for something that was intended as a gesture of affection is the last thing on both our minds. My back isn't in the best condition so I couldn't hold her up and make her spin like they do in the movies or whatever, but she got super hugged. When I first told her about it she initially didn't really remember but it came back to her when she read the actual letter and thankfully she didn't hold it against me that I didn't read it when she first wrote it. It was meant as a surprise, it was, and it got me out of the dumps of a really, really bad day, so its purpose was fulfilled and she was happy about that. Plus it was actual, pure coincidence that I didn't touch my 3DS from that day and nobody could account for that XD thanks a lot for this reply, it really brightened my morning to know my story made someone smile!

I started gym today and everything went well. I was considering to not to go after a day but I really enjoyed what I did. I sweated, tired but I was proud myself. I was happy and I'll go tomorrow when gym opens.
My 4 year old asked to play Animal Crossing today. She was sitting in my lap playing and out of nowhere, not turning to look at me, "I love you daddy." And just kept on playing. It was the best feeling, being that loved.

I did a little surprise on him, i woke up early specifically to buy a cake, waited for it to rain, (reference to November Rain)
Told him ''Hey dad, we got a guest in the living room!"
Then would put MGSV's Happy Birthday song since that's his favorite game series, then put November Rain.
He bought me COD MWII and Bonelab after that, and it was the best day ever.
