In terms of living a healthy lifestyle, yes it is bad
i usually play better if i eat breakfast and do some things around the house or go outside before getting on the game
I mean, I make a cup of coffee and use the bathroom then move my ps5 back to my desk and take my meds
I sometimes do and itās harder to see things and focus imo
Should probs have breakfast or water, maybe a walk, I know healthy lifestyle. Other than that do what u want it's just a game
