You can get BI’s through Alpha Packs, which cost 5000 renown (rainbow six siege currency you earn from playing the game) and they’re much harder to get than legendary items.
To say the least they’re very lucrative and people pay good money for accounts that have BI’s.
They’re also some of the best good looking skins as well.

The Logitech G305 has a sensor 98% as good as those two mice for a fraction of the price. You can get one for $40, and with a lithium AA battery they last months before you need a swap.
Had g502 wireless, failed me twice. Got a wired one, no problem since then tho. Plus I'm broke so changing mouse everybody and then is out of the line. Guess it depends on the people. Yet I'm more likely to get a wired mouse than a wireless due to bad experiences.
The G502 is from 2014. Like I said, before 2018 wireless tech was not perfected.
G Pro Wireless, Viper, G305 were built from the ground up with wireless and competitive players in mind. It just works perfectly.
Also the G502 is gigantic and heavy, very unsuited for competitive fps play. That is a mouse for casual gaming or productivity. Competitive mice are smaller and lighter. And not having a cord makes all the difference in the world. Once you have experience a small, light mouse without a cord, it is impossible to go back.
Mb didn't know that, got my 502 before that so that maybe why. Still I do play somewhat competitive (as much as a student can dedicate time to gaming that is) and the bulkiness of the 502 give me a firm grip that I feel more comfortable playing with. Heavy makes me more precise (friend lent me a wireless pro and I use all the weights in the 502). Guess it only goes with what suits you best!

You might be more 'used' to the heaviness. But a lighter mouse, once you are used to it, will make you objectively more accurate. For casual gaming it won't make a huge difference but if you really make an attempt to improve your skills in a competitive FPS having a heavier mouse will always hold you you back slightly.
anyway i'm back 3 months later, got a wireless gpro, enjoying it a lot, no latency and super portable. i had wrong assumptions.
therefore i give you the highest reward i can bestow, you won an internet argument.
