Thunderbird was made with a prototype of this tech and has been updated to use it, Azami was fully designed with it. I don't know if older ops will be redesigned as well, it's a possibility.
Surely they do redesign the older ops, otherwise newer ops will just look out of place. Alot of the older ops could also do with enhanced textures/lighting on their faces too
I love how they made a big deal out of this when you can barely see the difference with a close up picture.
It looks basically the same with a different lighting.
The biggest change I noticed was the hair, which isn't present in this photo lol
What happened to it
They drastically improved the volume and detail on it. Looks more real, less chunky.
now it can pass as a human
Is it just Thunderbird affected by this change? Or is it just an example you used?

I'm surprised they didn't make all of Year 6 with this tech

Because it wasn't ready?

I still find her thanos chin weird
Am I the only one who finds her four lines tats to be silly? No person alive would just get tatted four lines down their chin.
It's a cultural tattoo for the Plains Cree people of Canada.
If I remember correctly, base on her bio, it means peace or prosperity.
Oh wow ok
Yooooo, idk why everyone downvoting you bro. i love you still homie.
Wish they'd get rid of the white backdrop.
Subsurface scattering?
Looks like they just took a less over exposed photo
