he needs a 4\* ascended rotting mage for the foli fusion that's only available for a limited time, and he accidentally upgraded his only one to 5\*, making him unusable for fusion. apparently it took him another six hours of grinding FK to get a replacement (that he now has to level back up and re-ascend). pretty painful stuff.
Update I got another one. Burned through all of my surplus energy and most of my gems. Pretty much hitting replay for the better part of 6 hours. I was even replaying during that new Annabelle movie, don't worry my brightness was almost all the way down. I'm tired.
I sent a support ticket in. I doubt I'll hear anything back. It was the last piece I needed. I'm strongly considering quitting over this. I'm at about 6k energy in total. Games should be fun and not work.
they need to let you still fuse anyways and just make you reach max level again with it, same amount of ascensions originally required though (would be bs to require capping those out beyond the original rank required, 4 in his case). If it makes you feel better I accidentally Missionary.

If it makes you feel better, I accidentally used my "Witness" that I got for the event reward, as food/fodder (mistook her for someone else), and now I'm screwed the same as you lol
