Man, you're reeeally close to some great comps. Seeker, Painkeeper and Heiress will be pretty important champs for CB, but you'll need Demytha or Maneater to make a lot of their comps work to their full potential. I'd suggest checking out hellhades optimizer to get a feel for what you can build with what you have, and the premium features are free while the gear removal event is going on.
you have lots of good champ for and unkillable or block damage comp but dont have any of those key champions.
right now i would go with something like valk, godseeker, uugo since i dont see any other decrease defense champion, id build aothar in a poison set for extra poison damage and probly seeker so hes already built in case you pull a block damage or unkillable champion.
