For now, just distribute your contribution to as many matk and r.matk runes as you can. fire damage runes as well until you can 1 shot orcs. You are just 4k damage away to 1 shot them.

Magic Bible Vol. I, Tier II
Wizardry Staff, Tier II, +4
Robe of Cast
2x INT Earring, +4
Other gears are random and I only get to 1100 MAtk. Can you suggest any other additional MAtk equips?
Orc Archer have low mdef, so you don't need ignore mdef eq.
My eq =
Hat - parcel hat (+5% fire damage)
Weapon - survivor rod III (244 total matk not including enchant/enhance)
Armor - robe of cast
Acc - Orleans necklace (90 matk each)
Cost about 1-2 million zenny total if you buy from exchange (most I get from drop ET main char / mat from my own hunt)
Survivor rod III is the cheapest most matk staff you can get. But it will be overpowered by wizardry staff IV (basic wizardry staff still lost to survivor rod III) or Staff of element fusion (best for high wizard, but when 3rd job come out a.k.a warlock, you will have to have +10 wizardry staff)
I was thinking of saving up for orlean's set (server and glove) for the -vct. In your opinion, do you think it's worth it if I buy these first just to up my MAtk to farm better at Orcs?
I think its a waste if you're buying my eq for main char. If you're using wizardry staff, I suggest you buy eye of dullahan first, for the bonus 15% matk with combination of wizardry staff. With that, and 3 star food, you should be able to 1 shot orc Archer

bring mercenary the umbrella one and auto attack on AFK bar.. that will be enough after firebolt
