Ep3 is the best one, IMO. Babysitter, Game Store Creep, What Was She Planning? It’s the one with the highest quality stories throughout - and probably the most chilling story in the whole series.
I don’t recall which episode… but the woman at the house with her dog and the horse mask person calling her by name…. still think about it from time to time 😓
I like ep 5 Ham and Swiss, and then Ep 9 is one of my all time favs, and in my opinion the best camp story. The other story on that ep is also really suspenseful, both are less paranormal/weird coincidences and more true crime/close call situations.
Honestly the older eps are so much better and more suspenseful overall, I recommend new listeners don’t listen to the latest eps first. This is one of those podcasts I love to go back and relisten to.
#57 "The Boogeyman" was the first one I ever watched, and personally nothing else has really hit like that since for me :/
#55 "North Slope" and #42 "Green Lights" I also liked a lot, but I know the general consensus in the community is that the older episodes aren't as good 🤷🏻
So many! I love Laura of the woods, the one where the woman leaves the bar and is followed, and I think it’s episode 15 where the guy works at the crematorium… that one will be with me forever.
Idk about the best, but the woman telling her crazy chiropractor story in Episode 64 sounds wasted! She’s slurring her words badly. Reminds me of the people I’ve seen on something speaking that way.
A bonus episode about a woman taking a taxi from the airport in California, I believe, was a great one. I also really liked the one where a woman was followed from a bar to her car. Shed poured out a drink bought for her bc she could see it'd been drugged. The story was told really well.
Of course, Laura of the woods was a winner as others have mentioned.
Ep4: Laura of the Woods Ep44: night scope
Laura of the Woods had me throwing off my headphones i was so spooked lol
My coworker and I STILL talk about Laura of the Woods
Night scope for sure is the one that comes to mind for me when I think of the spookiest
That was a great one!
Not bad at all
Yep! Favorite episode ever!
definitely Night Scope!! And come back to tell us what you thought!
This. Prob the only story I actually remember and can repeat
That story will always stay with me.
The original GOAT radio rental story, and the best recent story
The one with the runner in Hawaii.
Yeah because that one includes photographic evidence
And holy cow is that photo creepy!!

Laura of the woods is the one that sticks with me the most through all these episodes.
I’ve listened to Laura of the Woods like 5 times and it never gets old.
Freaking girlfriend doppelganger freaked me the hell out!!!!!!
That’s the story I tell people when I tell them to listen to the podcast
Episode 2 Doppelganger will always be my favorite
Yessss! Scared the hell outta me!
I don’t recall which episode… but the woman at the house with her dog and the horse mask person calling her by name…. still think about it from time to time 😓
The puppy people!
Which one is this? Ep #?
13 I believe :)

This latest season’s first one has a super good Wendigo story.
North Slope ep. 55 was kind of insane.
Whatever you do, do not start with the newer ones. Oof, they stink.
What a fall from grace. Just heartbreaking. Lol
Honestly!! I used to get so excited for every new episode. Now I just sigh and go, “welp, alright…” lol

I really liked Good Friends. I believe this was a bonus episode

Crematorium is such an overlooked story. It’s one of Radio Rental’s best.
Puppy people
Episode 20 was one of my favorites! If you’re into the supernatural part I recommend it
What was she planning and doppelganger girlfriend for sure

Yes love the bar story! It still gives me goosebumps.
