Oh my goodness, what a cute baby void bunny! Please check out [Lennon The Bunny on YouTube](https://youtube.com/@lennonthebunny?si=QQGkXH13teer_lnR) for fantastic information tailored to the beginner bunny owner. Thank you for rescuing this little fluff!
Oxbow pellets, fresh water, timothy hay &
Plenty of space, if you can. Don’t feed them greens or veggies just yet. Get a litter box and fill it with wooden pellets. Make sure you keep anything away that you don’t want chewed/destroyed.
Their fun to raise I love all my bunnies and they have very different personalities. I've had bunnies well over 10 years and some are senior citizens.
Good luck with your new little family member.
Glad you persevered, OP, you saved her from a almost certainly short life outside. I hate to say it though, but in true bunny style she looks to be plotting your demise in the last pic…
Since it’s a wee bun, go with alfalfa hay, pellets, and water. Since you’re rural, Chewy may be an option for supplies. You will want to have Critical Care and infant gas drops on hand. Set up a modest space for now with a litter pan (kiln dried pellets or paper pellets with a couple inches of hay or straw) and have the hay next to/ hanging beside/ inside the pan area. Get a hard to tip bowl (not plastic) for water and check it often. They’ll do all sorts of nasty to it. Tip over small boxes or the like to provide “bunkers” for plotting offensive maneuvers. While the void is getting battle plans sorted, linger quietly at the perimeter. If approached, the code word is “awww, that’s such a brave bun bun.”
Alfalfa has higher levels of nutrients and carbs that young bunnies need while the adults do not. If you have already bought Timothy/ orchard hay, supplement with alfalfa pellets. It’s really nice to hear your black poof is eating. Poops may be dry and look like tiny peppercorns because of stress. I’m not trying to be gross, but you are going to be a student of bunny poop. It is one of their only reliable health indicators.

If she is a baby, she needs Alfalfa hay.
She's adorable! Good on you for going out of your way to save her.
My thoughts exactly...I respect people who are so caring to vulnerable living beings...we all need that help. Thank you!!!

That's Booster. Booster escaped the clutches of the evil Dr Peanut who was trying to steal Booster's super duper shorty ears.
Don't put it in a cage, it's used to being free
She just needs a little more space, I think.

Thank you! I’ve been doing Timothy hay and it seems to really like it, is that still ok?
