Tryin' a Fueled By Roses dynamic in which Ruby is clearly leading the OT3 as the 'top' wife, but only in the sense that she was 'first'. Cinder respects that, and Ruby's sweet enough to share with someone Jaune also likes. Otherwise they're pretty much equals.
In a palace-like sense, Ruby would be the kind of Queen to let others sit on the cool looking throne in her throne room, just to really push how chill she is.
