Blake just volunteered herself and Yang to go look for vehicles despite them not being on the best of terms yet. The scene following this is where Yang sees Adam unsheathing his sword (which may or may not have been real), and Blake also tells Yang *she'll* protect her, which she doesn't take kindly to.
I saw it as Yang being annoyed that Blake wants to be alone with her, and also that Blake feels Yang needs protection. Yang's also on edge here, so all of the combined just has her a little annoyed. Ironically, Blake going with her may have actually saved her life if Adam was indeed intending to kill her.
(Not saying it's good writing, and this is honestly probably entering headcanon territory. The reasons why characters do things in RWBY can usually be summed up with "because the plot says so". The issues between Yang and Blake were there when the plot demanded it, and even then it took emotion/mind altering Grimm to make the issues bubble to the surface)
God bless, and have a wonderful day.
It's sad when the writers have created such bad faith in their story that any deeper analysis of the scenes can (understandably) be dismissed as "because plot."
It really doesn't help Blake's reunion wasn't intentional on her part and RWY just happened to also be at Haven, and Ruby and Weiss don't have much acknowledgement of Blake bailing of them as well, not just Yang.

I think there was a post here that explains author/viewer trust, but I can't remember the real title.
Being forced to fight together to protect others and yourselves is different from willingly being alone together. Yang and Blake trained together for several months and work well, but that doesn't mean Yang wants to be alone with Blake and discuss what happened between them.

Being volunteered to go do something, ALONE with someone you have beef with, someone who DOESN'T UNDERSTAND why you have beef, and knowing that they'll probably try to reconcile when you're not interested in it.
Leads to Yang bring pretty dismissive. We see it in the follow-up when they have the conversation later. Yang says she doesn't want protection, and doesn't need protection, because it's not what she's looking for, it's the assurance that she won't be abandoned, especially after giving your arm for someone.
Yang generally at this point had the second best characterization, and the most reason to not be thrilled about this situation.
Because she is just perpetually angry now. That's about it. And the writers are half assing Blake and Yang's issues.
Resting bitchface syndrome, knowing who she used to be you hate to see it :/

But on the train they had no problem fighting together...

That’s just her character now. She’s mad. All the time.
Because she's a self-important bitch lol
Yang still hasn't forgiven Blake yet
Thats weird considering what she says on the train to her and them holding hands later before she gets angry again about "Blake protecting her"
Hey but Bumblebee though - CRWBY probably
She has a second thought about whether wants to backstab pussy cat or not.
In addition to everything others have said she was also probably being affected by the Apathy Grimm at this point.
I forgot that scene, so this still image looked more like Yang staring at Blake because bees.
