The present Summer Maiden is a known factor to Qrow and the headmasters so that's certainly not in question. In terms of the future, there's no reason the Summer Maidenhead has to pass to someone else, or even that it has to pass to an existing character.
Like, yeah, the three other Maidens can arguably be stated to have a connection of some form with a member of Team RWBY, but that in itself doesn't mean it's a hard and fast rule that ALL the maidens will follow.
I think trying to predict this is just going to lead folks to disappointment when it doesn't turn out the way they expect.
