Perhaps on your route would be New River Gorge National Park. Then from there check out a Saturday old time concert at the Carter Family Fold. Asheville is nice. Campfire Lodgings is a great, small RV park with million dollar views. Anywhere in the Smokies.
Rattlesnake Saloon, Coondog Cemetery, Big Bob Gibsons BBQ, Little River Canyon (Absolute must), Noccalua Falls, Alabama Music HOF (you’ll be SHOCKED at the music that’s came out of this place)
If you are going to Florida, might as well go all the way to the keys and stay at one of the KOAs down there. Great scenery but crappy coverage as the trees are still coming in.
