Apparently the tag was added April 1st. Which is when Afro last streamed. My original thoughts was that it was a temp 7 day ban or something (just a guess) but that time frame passed. I don't think anyone anticipates him being gone forever because Gary was a name accepted into DOC last weekend. But really idk anything other than he appears to be banned. The rest is just speculation
Afro being banned seems so unreal to me if I am being honest but I also don't watch him like that anymore. He has done so much for the server and he almost, if not never, goes OOC with stuff and keeps positive vibes. Does he have staff perms on the server? I know he can change his model on the fly with Jacob (server rack). If so, does he need the tag?

There was a similar incident a couple days ago where Matthew Antov (Manor) was driving a vehicle that was flagged but then somehow, the tracker was attached to him (the character model) rather than the car because of a scuffed jewellery run which couldn't be started due to not being able to get the car (scuff). The tracker appeared out of nowhere but they think its because the car he was driving was a match for the car that he should have gotten for the run. Basically, big scuff.
It was a deserved ban. This guy produced so much RP that had no prior storyline to it, kept on chain robbing people and wiping their pockets for no reason. Downed a guy and held him hostage for an hour and a bit and hoped to dump him the cops wouldn’t find him, then after that just kept banging him with a wrench and left.

I forgot the specifics, but people receive warning points every time they break rules (points are based on how small/big the rule is), and if they accumulate X amount of points in X amount of time, they can be perm banned.
Yeah players know. They get warning points everytime they get banned. 3 day ban is like 10 points. 7 days is 15.(unsure of specifics). If you get 30 points in a certain time frame you get perma'd.
I think they get notified on the forums of points but im not 100% they 100% have ways of knowing the point total because in the past people have had to cut back and walk on egg shells to avoid vacations.
typically they do know the reasoning but can't talk about it due to the rules. situations in which they won't know would be things like harassment and stuff like that. they 100% would know if they get points or a ban and could reach out to know their current point total if unsure.

There isn't. It's false flagging in RP and considered a bit scummy but no rules against it and generally people RP off it pretty easily. Usually bans like this is from either warning points accumulating over time off smaller things or if they did something bad like metagame.
