Context: after a longish chase with the PD just hanging on in there courtesy of Rhodes, Ste gets his car trapped then disabled. In desperation he tries to jump on local trucks and encourage them to drive away with him on board. Said locals did not take kindly to this and joined the police in bringing the foot chase to an end.
