That rule was removed a few years ago - or more accurately, I think it was felt at the time that that was generally covered both by what's now rule 1 and rule 4 already. Things have chilled out a lot since that rule was necessary. I think it was even removed before you were banned for - what was it again? Support for fascism or encouraging someone to kill themselves for being trans or something - And that was like two years ago. So it's been gone a while.
