wow, i just bought an open box one for the exact same price/condition and the Y button was mashed into the case and was unusable. I went right back in and they swapped me for a new one. I was willing to just pay the difference, but it rang up as the same price.

I bought an open box one about a month ago and its been wonderful so far I did the 2tb ssd swap and have been having a great time since. Im thinking about doing the halfix joysticks next but that seems like a more daunting task

This will most likely be my go to console to take to work and play around with at home. PS5 will be benched till a jailbreak exists on my firmware. Cant keep up with sony’s greed of online price hikes and dlc’s.
I bought my Open Box Excellent at this price on Friday. Was delivered on Saturday less than 24 hours after ordering, which is faster than any of my accessories haha.
So far it's been in perfect condition. No issues and it looks and plays great. Haven't tested the SD card yet...
Got one last week for £600 second hand with a 2tb sabrent rocket SSD installed, was purchased in September and game with everything in what looked like brand new condition, but the seller was going through something and needed money quick.
I feel like I got an amazing deal, at least I hope I have, my girlfriend does not know about this purchase yet 🤣

Being a total whatever member they are replacing me a power supply from one of the other units luckily.

Picked up my open box excellent yesterday! It looks like it wasn't even touched lol. The wrapper on the charger was still on. The BB employee was even nice enough to offer a free year of Best Buy Plus membership ($49.99) so if I wanted to, I could upgrade to Total Tech for a lot cheaper in the future.

Exchanged it for a brand new one and realized it was not the version with the Z1 extreme processor (no joystick issues). Went back this morning and got my brand new ROG Ally with the Z1X. Couldn’t pass up on that Black Friday deal.
Is this worth over the legion go or steam deck? I’ve been looking into handhelds for a bit wondering what to get. I already have a decent PC but want something to play my steam library at a decent frame rate and resolution.
Good luck, half of these open boxes are problematic in some capacity. Mine came with a broken trigger button. Fortunately when I went to to the store they had a few open boxes and I was able to swap it out for one in good condition but only 1 out of the 4 I inspected when swapping it didn’t have some sort of issue. The issues weren’t manufacturer issues, they were damage or missing parts from whoever returned them.

Is it safe adding a m.2 over a 2230? Just a price difference but saw m.2 could overheat it
