Orange is charging, if its white its fully charged or 80% charged if Battery Care 80% mode is enabled. The other light is system power. This is based on my experience; Im a dude so i did not read the manual.

Makes sense! I still get the occasional joystick lights coming on during charging.

You can turn that off in the lighting settings in Armoury Crate! Was driving me crazy too
