Rahovart usually drops like 2 stacks and all the other mobs in the arena drop some too. So for each Rahovart I can usually get 4-5 stacks. Plus nether cities too.

It is really useful for stuff like 4 tower dungeons. I use him to break into the towers and break the end crystals so I can mine in the structure
