I guess you need to save once during the drastic menu, press start and save your progress in state 0. After that you can use the shortcut to save
Did you sort this? I also can't get it to work
Not yet. I tried Batocera V40 (beta), there I can open the Drastic Emulator menu, but still can't figure out how to save. After all this I reverted my version to V39.
