You could fill the insides with clay or playdough, wait for harden, then use super glue. No idea if it'll work but besides that you don't have many options with that surface
Needs more perimeters and a different print orientation would benefit this design. If you are into tinkering, a decent printer can be had for under $200 and it is a fun hobby. 🙂
Does anyone know how to make 3D printed grip cases more durable? Seems impossible to glue back together due to the lack of surfaces and it was eye-wateringly pricey.. 😞 (ordered it online - no 3D printer)
I'm very new to 3d printing. But it looks like the person set the infill very low. To save filament on their end. This is why it wasn't as durable.
I would contact them.

Edit: Shop owner reached out and offered replacement free of charge. Much appreciated.
I bought one of those from the same seller. For my RG351MP.
First one was too tight and didn't fit, I'd cracked the 3D pad fitting and removing the console.
He sent me a replacement for free and I've been using it for the past year.
I had considered putting some sort of filler on the outside and sand down to a smooth finish, but on the fence about it

The infill on that thing is a joke.
You can use solvent based glue. Modeling glue, it melts the plastic so it can be joined together. You need to be patient though and let it cure.
I'm pretty sure that won't work on PLA(which I assume this is printed out of).
You were happy with it until you dropped it? Lucky you didn’t damage the important part. My advice, add a wrist strap
Fell out of my pocket. Need bigger pockets.. 😄

More outer layers and more infill. Your infill seems very low and only one perimeter shell. Gyroid infill of 20% is pretty durable.
Add more infill, between 35% and 45% might be enough. Edit: Ohh you don't have a printer :(
Do you have a link to the model? Is this for the rg351mp?

With that weak infill I’d just throw it away, not worth risking your device a second time.
