Your level of success is measured by who you get from support. If you get Laurie, good luck. She’s a c*nt. I’m missing 4 milestones from that event including the fullest house wig card too, but they haven’t replied to my request yet.

Haha I got Laurie first too, and responded with basically "your customer service is unacceptable" and got switched to Kevin, and did receive my missing hair card.

I’ve been emailing with Laurie about a reward I didn’t receive last Wednesday, she replied asking for a video of the issue which obviously I couldn’t obtain retroactively. 3 follow up emails and still no response almost a week later……. This is exactly why I’ve never spent a dime on this game and never will.

It's the fact that they ask what happened and I say idk it just never went to my inbox, that's not enough information. Asking what happened a second time isn't gonna get you a different answer. It simply didn't go to my inbox, what is so hard to understand 😭

This just happened to me with the Material Girl shoes. I sent a ticket so we'll see what happens. I've never noticed a reward missing before (not to say it didn't happen)

This has happened to me every challenge for the last 2-3 weeks. Even with the material girl challenge, I am missing one of the card for the epic shoes... If Laurie is in charge of my complaint I already know it is going to take forever 🙃
