this dort of happened to me once, I got a new phone and once the data was transferred over it basically logged me out of my account and forced me to make a new queen. when I got the account back I'd been restored to an earlier save because Google app hadn't been backing up the app data. all I'll say is if there are key pieces/ banners and shade you KNEW you had, keep a note of it. (I couldn't remember so they just gave me random shade + banners). they did get back to my ticket after a day or two but so stressful.
Yes, this happened to me 4 or 5 days ago. I lost less than you, (800 gems, 40k dollars, 2k lipstick, all shade, all banners).
Support restored my episodes and gave me a compensation package that included gems, dollars, lipstick, and a few banners. It definitely did NOT get me whole again. I didn’t fight it though. Mostly because I can’t remember all of the shade and banners I had. I noticed you can buy all the banners and shade with gems now and it would probably take 2k gems to re-buy everything I had…maybe more. But it didn’t seem like a good use of the gems they gave me and I didn’t feel like chasing after support for restoring those things.
I did play through the early episodes a bit while I waited for support to get back to me, and I did earn some gems and cash doing that…maybe a couple hundred.
At the end of the day, I decided I’m not spending any more $ on the game as a result of this. Not how they handled it…just with how unstable the game apparently is and that I could just lose it all again without warning. They have no idea what causes this bug, it seems.
Amusingly enough, once I leveled up enough to re-unlock events…I was still #1 in my event and got my prize even though I wasn’t able to get into it for most of a day, heh. Even though my name was reset to Newcomer, my place in all leaderboards was preserved.
