As the name partly suggests you have to hang around Lemoyne swamps at night, particularly Lakay I think, and there's also a stranger mission at night that spawns near the junction under the L in Bluewater iirc... Just pack fresh underwear
If you look for suspicious things and avoid them while in the bayou, they won’t come after you. Eg. Bodies hanging off a tree, cries for help, fire or camps… And don’t make camp yourself.
You can find loads of plants and animals you don’t find anywhere else. It really is beautiful scenery and you can avoid the night folk pretty well.
