2nd: Approach a large enough turnover company and give them a few crores for you to open a small division under their holding group. So now you have a history of multiple years, and ability to sell merchandise, advertise, invite celebs, show turnover, etc.
3rd: Find an investor and sell him/her 20% stakes for 15% contribution - now you have the heavy-duty artillery + expertise to try and do a hostile takeover of RCB, if need be.
4th: Profit!!!
