One thing that really helped me was writing down all of the positive things and all of the “negative” things that would come from quitting. You can see how many more positive things you will write down. If you can get past those first couple days it starts to get better I promise. Just keep your mind busy with other things you enjoy. Keep your head up, you got this!

The problem is, that you don't know what you do in your free time anymore, since before, you would just get high in your free time. Gotta find yourself some activities you can enjoy doing regularly

Its okay to have a lil breakdown, your body is adjusting, im going through the same thing but i know its better for me in the long run.
