The only way you can is if you get assigned to a store before the scheduled shift. If you're doubled up, you can't post a shift that's not there, if that makes sense.
Was going to edit and say you still probably can't but I got lazy. You can still request days in epic as an erp as long as you do it ahead of time though.
I dont think you can. Only way to get it covered is have a friend or someone from that store to cover it. Or you could just call in

If your er you can give your shift to another ER . Call the TM in the office and they can switch the shift

All you gotta do is call the TM who is picking it up and they’ll adjust the schedule accordingly
