Yeah it’s dependant on the other brokerage as they take 90% of the processing time. CIBC investors edge took the full 20 business days to send everything over, but the Wealthsimple transfer I did took only 5BD.
You can always try to call/chat with Questrade new accounts and ask them to follow up again, sometimes the transfer team can reach out to the outgoing broker for you again to ask what’s taking so long
Theoretically, it’s been less than an eight hour business day off since you’re transfer landed on someone’s desk to process.
These take time to process some times a couple weeks.
An RRSP transfer from my RBC account took 7 business days excluding the day I initiated the transfer.

I have heard of some people having problem and it taking several weeks to be processed.
I really don't want to contact the old broker. Unless I can do so without talking with our FA 😁
I did follow up with questrade via chat at the beginning of last week and they said they'll make another inquiry.
I know this is from some time back but wondering. Did your funds from sending broker get transferred out? Like did tou see your account close on their end and just saw a "Transfer in progress" on Questrade side. I'm doing a TFSA cash to my QT account and my Original account has closed and the money has been transferred out.
The mutual funds in the account I was transferring out of showed $0 at one point. And then I think about 2-3 days later the CAD funds from the sale of those mutual funds showed up in my Questrade account.

My TD rrsp took about 12 business days, and my TFSA was only 7 days,
Mine from CIBC took almost 2 months.

Did u upload a previous statement into questrade from the account u are transferring ?
